Accommodations
Accommodations on Harbour Island are limited and book up quickly. We highly recommend that you book them as soon as possible.
We have fully booked The Ocean View Club, The Landing, Runaway Hill and The Other Side, however, the properties listed below are just a stone's throw away! Our favorite spots on the bayside are Rock House and Valentines Resort, and on the beachside are The Dunmore, Coral Sands and Pink Sands. The hotels are listed below from more budget friendly to less budget friendly.
Hotels
Rock House Hotel and Restaurant
The Desert Rose Suite is the only remaining room at the Rock House for the wedding weekend.
The Dunmore Hotel
If you are interested in staying at the Dunmore for only 3 nights (the website will require a 7-night minimum), please reach out to Jules before booking as we may be able to arrange a special accommodation for our guests with the hotel.
The Farm at the Other Side Hotel
If you're not in a hurry to book your accommodations and you're interested in something more secluded, the Other Side is in the process of building additional cottages and tents on its property, to be called the Other Side Farm. These accommodations should be ready for booking in early 2025. Please note that the Other Side and the Farm are on Eleuthera and are an approximate 8-10 minute boat ride from Harbour Island. The Other Side provides continuous boat transportation to/from Harbour Island for all of its guests.
Home Rentals
If you want to stay in a rental home while on Harbour Island, we suggest checking out the private residences at the Dunmore, Coral Sands or the Pink Sands, or you can look at properties using the sites below. Some of the properties may require 5- or 7-night minimum stays. If you do not want to stay that long, we suggest contacting the property directly to see if they will make an exception (occasionally they are willing to).

Chatterbox is a 3 bed/2 bath house that can sleep 6, at approximately $1,250 per night. This adorable historical property is right in the heart of Dunmore Town and is full of charm.
Karukera Beach Cottage
Karukera Beach Cottage is a 2 bed/2 bath house that can sleep 4, at approximately $1,500 per night. Karukera sits just above the Pink Sands Beach and offers a wrap-around terrace with ocean views.
Bamboo House
Bamboo House is 4 bed/3 bath house that can sleep 8, at approximately $1,350 per night for a 4-night minimum stay. Bamboo House is a charming tropical oasis in the heart of Dunmore Town.
Cazatuna Home and Cottage
Cazatuna Home and Cottage is a 7 bed/6 bath house that can sleep 18, at approximately $4,300 per night for a 4-night minimum stay. Cazatuna sits directly on the harbor with a private dock and swimming pool.
Salt Box
Salt Box is a 5 bed/3 bath house that can sleep 10, at approximately $2,900 per night. A romantic and historical property located in the heart of Harbour Island, it is beloved by everyone who stays there.

Island Real Estate
Island Realty usually has the best pricing because it does not charge a service/booking fee. However, they do require a 4-night min. stay when booking, so make sure to select enough nights when checking availability on the website or it will say no inventory.
